Reputation Management Reminder

The process of reputation management involves the tracking and handling of negative and positive content about a business on the Internet. A lot of businesses have negative comments floating all over the Internet about them and they don’t even know about it. Some of what is being said is not even true. However, because they are not doing anything about it, they are losing more customers than they realize.

Have you taken the time to see what’s being said about your business online?

If you do find negative information, do you fix it or do you ignore it?

Do you consistently post positive, valuable content on the web about your business?

Do you proactively ask your customers to go online and leave reviews about your business?

By monitoring and managing what’s being said about your business online, you can significantly decrease and suppress the spread of unwarranted and negative opinions against your brand.
